REPORT
So close and so far once again!
And Lady Luck did not help either!
Douglas should have scored in 19th minute with his heading just flying past the right post.
Then in the 24th minute the S-Pulse‘s defense looked at each other on a corner kick to conceded a soft goal that could and should be avoided.
Hasegawa missed another great opportunity in the last seconds of the first half.

Finally in the 55th minute Duke’s sweet cross was headed in by Douglas.
But S-pulse kept on missing the few opportunities they could grab and Douglas could have put S-Pulse ahead with a heading saved in extremis by the current Japan’s goal keeper.
All this to concede another soft goal in the last minute of the 5 minutes additional time.

The team is missing one or two key players and they are getting understandably tired with these successive away games, but they will have to dig deep next game when they travel to Kashiwa to face Reysol who are fighting for survival!

Let’s hope for the best, the fans deserve it!
