Another heart wrencher at home!

We dominated the whole first half not allowing a single shot at our goal and still ended it empty-handed.

Like the previous match we finally took the lead only to surrender it and finish into yet another sterile draw at home against a team which had only two attempts at goal against our 11.

As for the other data we dominated against a team bent on defense to the tune of conceding 10 corner kicks.

Truth be told we offered them that damning draw and have only ourselves to blame

On the other hand, the return leg in Yokohama with a big Saturday evening crowd as opposed to our smallest home attendance of the year promises a very different encounter where Marinos will have to attack against an offensive team, making the end result more than uncertain. We still have a chance to shine before the long World Cup break which also promises to be very busy!

Yokohama is near enough Shizuoka for many of our fans to travel and encourage their team. It could very well end into a sellout crowd!
