REPORT

Consecutive defeats for the first time this season!

Playing a very strong team away in a hostile environment was already a difficult proposition and it even became more difficult when Freire had to miss the game due to a sudden injury. That alone dislocated the defense and was the main reason for conceding two quick goals in the 23rd and 29h minute. After that it was catch up game. Actually, S-Pulse did well in the second half with Kaneko pouncing on the ball in the 54th minute but then both defenses took charge until the end. There was practically no difference in stats at the end of the game but S-Pulse had to travel back home with empty cases.

Adjustments will have to be made in defense and still in attack but this is not the desperate situation of last year. Everyone will have to be patient. Better days will come!

Next game goes back to the Levain Cup with the coming of Ventforet Kofu. It is a must-win game as it will decide whether S-Pulse will qualify for the next stage of the competition! So all the fans come in numbers and support your team!
