REPORT

The season is about to end and one can feel lassitude in some legs.

Rookie teens Suzuki and Naruoka started the game in what obviously an occasion to give them as much experience as possible during those dead rubbers at the end of the year. But the team allowed two soft goals within 12 minutes and were left courageously but futilely chasing a result when their opponents contented themselves to defend and look forward to quick counters.

S-Pulse nonetheless left with an impression of courage and hard work auguring well for the future. Next Wednesday they will face another bottom table team in the name of Sendai Vegalta which could make for an entertaining last game at home where fans will have the occasion to thank their team. Players will all be keen to end it all with a good show, but some changes have already been announced and we can expect different and exciting things soon!
