REPORT

The 10th frustrating draw of the season, and the ore for it we should have killed and put the game away for good in the first half!

It all started so well with Santana’s fine head from a left side corner kick.

One minute later a fine pass by Santana left Pikachu with a shot at an empty goal but it went agonizingly wide.

In the 14th minute Reysol came close to equalizing with the last shot rolling just past the far goal.

In the 28th minute Santana was here to shoot the rebound after a good move from 5 years but the goal keeper managed to palm the ball away.

In the 40th minute Carlinhos ran down the pitch before delivering the perfect pass to Pikachu who unfortunately missed the goal again, the ball this time rolling past the far-left post.

In the last minute of the first half Katayama’s great heading from a corner kick just flew against past the far post.

No less than four chances missed in the first half!

Reysol knew they had gotten out of jail and decided to attack and almost scored in 52nd and 58th minute.

It became a seesaw game with S-Pulse again missing a great chance in the 262nd minute and Reysol missing theirs in the 74th minute.

S-Pulse thought they had secured the game but in the 4th minute of extra time very poor defense allowed Reysol a free header from an undisputed cross to the terrible disappointment of the Shimizu fans who were so shell-shocked they di not even get angry!

2 more points wasted once again at home.

Now the equation is easy enough: we win on Saturday at home against fellow strugglers Kyoto or we are back again into deep trouble after all the recent good work!
