A heart-wrencher!
The last straw of a draw…
Lady Luck was certainly not on our side, what with a penalty earned in the 63rd minute after a long wait with the VAR and a penalty conceded in the very last extra time of the season when the VAR was not consulted…
This said, the season was not lost on that particular day but definitely during the first 8 winless games of the season as we posted the best total after this very lapsus.
Players did their best, fans did more than their best. But it was not enough…
There is no use to cry over spilt milk.
We have to regroup and prepare next season from beginning to end and ensure we go back to the J1 League where we belong!
