REPORT
We played for one half and completely gave up in the second being outclassed by three times as many shots at goal.
We started with a hybrid team including one player just fresh out of the injured list. Kyoto who took the game far more seriously had the time to gauge us during the first 45 minutes and then pounce on us too easily during the second half.
It is not so much as question of difference between the J! League and J2 League as too many were too quick to comment but down to preparation and commitment. And we certainly lacked both of them.
The whole game became anecdotal, the more for it for the general lack of interest. Truth be told we have to concentrate on the promotion fight to the J1 League we truly belong.
Another game to forget. Let us move forward starting with a difficult game at Oita all the way south to Kyushu. Bear in mind this is one of the 6 giant killers of the day, a crowd we were sorely not members of!
Another pivotal game which might see some changes in the starting eleven!
Let us hope the team will show the fight they are capable of!
