REPORT
Some players who were regulars at the beginning of the season because of many injuries among starters played well enough for half of the game but tamely surrendered in the end not showing the never die/never give up of the present regular starters. Both goals were scored following excellent attacking moves, first to equalize and then take the lead, but the defense was not there when needed.

Truth to tell many young players were also given a chance, so there is still a positive side to the whole affair. Nevertheless, all players fielded on that day will have to markedly improve to be selected when replacements will be surely needed in the future. It promises some hard work at trainings!

Shimizu S-Pulse will resume the J1 League with a difficult away game at Sendai on Saturday they nonetheless have the quality to win. Certainly a good match to watch!
