REPORT

It is becoming a bad habit. Why again can’t make things simple?

Playing again a club that had no hope whatsoever but to play the party trouble makers, we dominated domination 60/40 but could only have 4 shots at goal for a paltry one score while the opposition had 3 shots on target and 3 goals, all at the wrongest of times.

Luck was not on our side either starting in the 4th minute when a heading following a dangerous free kick outside the box hit the bar.

In the 6th minute Inui missed a sitter after an excellent cross by Santana relayed by Carlinhos.

And then it was a comedy of misses by Yamahara (16th minute), and Santana (17th minute) before Nakayama scored in the 26th minute from a sweet pass by Inui.

In the 28th minute Carlinhos had great effort palmed away.

Kumamoto sensed this was going to be their day after all these misses and almost scored in the 42nd minute after a sweet cross was barely headed over the bar.

And in the 47th minute a stupid goal was allowed on a corner kick that everyone looked at to take Gonda by surprise who could only push back the ball against his right post before it was slotted in by a Kumamoto forward without a single S-Pulse defender interfering.

And from there it was from bad to worth. In the 56th minute Ronaldo was dispossessed with no backing up from his fellow defenders who allowed the softest goal of all.

In the 66th minute more horrible giveaway allowed another Kumamoto player to try his luck from miles away just to manage to squeeze the ball inside the left post with once again everybody watching.

In the 79th minute S-Pulse managed to fail in three successive attempts from close range.

In the 84th minute Kitazume missed an easy enough chance from close range.

In the 92nd minute Kamiya could not manage to shoot into an empty goal…

A horror show, to be honest!

Well, it has become all fairly simple: we have to win the last two games to make sure we get out of this nightmarish J 2 League and this against two teams at or near the bottom, starting with Omiya at home on Saturday!
